O.S.E.T.E.E. is a secondary trade union organization. It was founded in 2003 in Athens. It belongs to the authority of GSEE. It represents workers in the technical sector.
O.S.E.T.E.E. has extensive activity in the protection of labor rights, issues of environmental protection and sustainable development and health and safety issues at work. It organizes plenty of information and training events for employees throughout Greece, every year.
The Federation concludes National Sectoral Collective Labor Agreements with all employers in the technical sector, such as: S.T.E.A.T., P.S.A.T.E., P.E.D.M.E.D.E., P.E.S.E.D.E., S.E.G.M. and E.K.K.E. covering trade unions and representing nationwide all workers in the technical sector and
National Equivalent Collective Labor Agreements for Diploma Engineers, Graduated Engineers, Foremen, and Experts in Industry, Craftsmanship and Trade with the BSE, the GSBEE and the ESEE.
O.S.E.T.E.E. includes all the specialties of technical employees such as: Graduated Engineers, Geologists, Agronomists, Foresters, IT Technicians P.E., Graduated Engineers T.E.I. of all specialties, Foremen, Designers and other M.E. Technicians, Accountants, Administrative staff, etc.
